As part of the Customer Success team, your task is to ensure our customers achieve their goals and see the value of the CloudSuite platform in every interaction throughout the customer journey.
Your role as a Customer Success Manager begins right after the handover from Sales. Together with the Consultant guiding the implementation process, you assess the customer's objectives and how to provide support.
Periodically meeting with the customer, continuously exploring ways to improve collaboration, and acting as a trusted advisor—all in the CloudSuite way, as our customer relationships are often warm and personal.
Your responsibility is not only to work structurally on sustainable and profitable relationships but also to consistently come up with new ways to personally serve customers.
