However, before a new customer can fully benefit from our product, an intensive implementation process takes place. And in this process, you, as an eCommerce Implementation Consultant, play an indispensable role from A to Z.
As an implementation consultant at CloudSuite, you are engaged in the entire implementation process, from the initial introduction and scoping with the clients to the launch of their webshop.
To ensure the process runs smoothly, you naturally have a lot of contact with the customer, but you also collaborate closely with your colleagues from Sales, Front-end, Design, and Support.
The exciting aspect of this role is that you are a true generalist, developing knowledge in various areas - from user experience and user-friendliness to specific business processes across all our diverse clients. One day, you might work with a wholesale paint distributor, and the next day, you could be working with a supplier of door handles - no day or client is the same.
At CloudSuite, there is strong support for new, fresh ideas.

B2B experience is crucial in your role, but also broad knowledge and/or interest in eCommerce. You are proactive, not afraid to say 'no' when something really won't work, and can anticipate problems before they arise.
For a flying start, every new implementation consultant begins in our Support department. This way, you get to know our product and common challenges well.
Then, you'll move on to working with your own clients as a consultant. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you'll start as a junior, medior, or senior. You'll learn a lot in a short time, make a difference for your clients, and contribute to building CloudSuite as a product.
