In my over 10 years at CloudSuite, I've witnessed the transition from a startup to a scale-up from up close. As a Consultant at CloudSuite, I love being able to provide my clients with genuine advice on optimizing the use of functionalities in our platform. With each of us having our own expertise, we can share valuable insights from our roles. Moreover, the work offers a lot of variety, which makes it even more fascinating.

Daily Stand-up

Our day starts with the scrum team, where during the "Daily Stand-up," we discuss the key matters influencing the completion of the sprint. It's a fantastic kickoff to the day, where we come together as a team and strive for a successful day! As part of my tasks, I test the items delivered by the Front-end team for our clients. This allows me to later bring these changes to the live environment.

New challenge

Ten years ago, I was really ready for a new challenge. CloudSuite offered me the opportunity to jump on board a train that had just departed. I saw the potential of the product, and that was exactly what drew me to CloudSuite!

Application of the product

With every project, you learn anew, as each company has its own processes and methods. As a Consultant at CloudSuite, it's my job to consistently propose the best application of our platform. It's truly rewarding when you manage to convince the customer time and time again of the added value of our product!

Diverse team

Consultancy is part of the Professional Services department. The team is truly amazing because it brings together various disciplines such as Design, Support, Consultancy, and Front-end. Collaborating with all these talented individuals, as well as colleagues from other departments, is incredibly enriching and enjoyable! Working daily with professionals, each with their own expertise, allows us to engage in fruitful discussions and continuously learn from each other. It's truly an inspiring environment where we discover new things and grow every day!

Career at CloudSuite

My journey at CloudSuite began as a sort of jack-of-all-trades, mainly doing support work. This way, I truly got to know the product inside out.

From there, I transitioned into the role of Consultant and started getting more involved in client projects. With the introduction of a separate Support department, I had the opportunity to fully focus on Consultancy.

I've been working as a Senior Consultant for some time now and have taken on the role of Scrum Master, where I strive to optimize the team's performance. It's been a fantastic evolution from my humble beginnings as a jack-of-all-trades!
