As Head of Sales at CloudSuite, I feel honored to lead the results of our Sales team. Every day, we work hard to achieve CloudSuite's growth objectives. Our goals are ambitious, aiming for nothing less than the very best. We are constantly adjusting our strategies when necessary, and we celebrate our successes wholeheartedly.

Entrepreneurship

The fact that we are a relatively young company brings a unique dynamic. We all have a lot of influence, and individual entrepreneurship is highly valued. This means that every member of our team has the freedom to show initiative and propose creative solutions.

Promoted to Head of Sales

I started at CloudSuite in the role of Sales Manager. Because CloudSuite sells a highly complex product, there's a steep learning curve to fully understand what we do. This can be frustrating at times, but the impact we ultimately have on our customers makes it all worthwhile. When our previous Head of Sales departed, despite my lack of experience, I was entrusted with taking on that role. This was a huge motivation for me to prove my worth and deliver results. Since then, our team has grown from 2 to 6 members, and we're determined to continue growing even stronger!

Together with the Sales team we strive for great results and we are all hungry for (commercial) success.

Keep learning

At CloudSuite, I learn from every project. By actively engaging and experiencing various situations, I acquire valuable knowledge. This is invaluable in our complex sales processes. I always say that we're not selling newspapers; we're selling a mission-critical eCommerce tool.

Growing together

I joined CloudSuite because of the stage the company is in. We're a typical scale-up, where many things are already well-established, but there's also plenty of room for personal development and embracing one's own successful ideas. Additionally, CloudSuite has ambitious growth objectives for the coming years, and it's inspiring to work with this friendly and hardworking team towards those goals!
